What is driving Dominion Virginia residential bill increases, 2022 to 2026

A 1,000 kWh residential complete bill rose from about $127 to $175 a month between June 2022 and June 2026, decomposed by function. Clean-energy mandates and distribution (the local grid) drove most of the increase; generation actually fell as legacy power-station riders depreciated.
