A large-load GS-4 complete bill (8 GWh/mo) rose from about $509K to $682K a month between June 2022 and June 2026, by function. Fuel (38%) and generation (27%) dominate; distribution is just ~1% of the bill, versus ~28% for a household on the same grid.
