What is in a Dominion industrial bill, 2022 to 2026

An industrial GS-4 transmission complete bill (8M kWh/mo) rose from about $509K to $682K a month between June 2022 and June 2026, by function. Fuel (38%) and generation (27%) dominate; distribution is just ~1% of the bill, versus ~27% for a household on the same grid.
